MARNIE SCHAEFER

Marnie Schaefer has worked exclusively in the family law field for fourteen years as an assistant and paralegal. She was admitted to practice as a Solicitor in February 2017.

Marnie’s experience over this time has helped her understand the challenges faced by parties, children and families in family law matters. She is familiar with family law practice and procedure and has assisted in the implementation of all aspects of family law settlements (including property transfers).

Marnie is focused on achieving the best possible outcome for her clients that enables them and their families to move forward following separation.

Marnie is a member of the Family Law Section of the Law Institute of Victoria.
